Getting started is easy!

There is currently an email address associated with your account as we transferred our membership data from our previous database.  To login, click the "Log in" button at the top right corner of the webpage.  If this is your first time logging in to the website, click "Forgot Password".  Enter your email address associated with your Beth-El Membership and you will be sent an email with a link to "reset" your password.  Once you reset your password you will then be able to log in and your "Welcome" screen will be displayed. Your account is now created.

For all following visits to the website click the “Login” button. Enter your email address and password and click “Sign in”. We encourage you to log in and familiarize yourself with your account, the new calendar, and the functions of Shulcloud.

Q: What is ShulCloud?

A: ShulCloud is a privately hosted company located in New York. This system was created to directly serve synagogues and their members’ unique needs. It was designed by a synagogue, and is used by many synagogues across the US.

Q: Can I update my personal information on ShulCloud?

A: Yes. You will be able to edit all of this information on the website when logged into your account.  If you are logged in, it should say "Welcome [Your Name]" in the top right corner of the website.  Click it, and then Click on "My Account" where you will be able to update any information.

Q: Who can see my information?

A: The ShulCloud system is only accessible to Beth-El members. The only people who can see your information are you and the Beth-El Administrative staff.

Q: Is my credit card on file secure?

A: Yes. Your personal and financial information is secure. Shulcloud does not store credit card information, they use SSL to encrypt all payment transactions.

Q: How do I check my account balance?

A: Log in to account> transactions> you will be able to see your account balance. 

Q: Can I use Shulcloud to make donations or payments?

A: Yes! You will be able to make donations and payments directly from the website as well as delineate where you would like your funds to be applied.

Q: Can I change my credit card on file or add a credit card on file?

A: Yes, at any time, you can add an additional credit card to your saved payment methods. If you have recurring payments attributed to your current credit card, and would like to reassign them to your new credit card, you will need to contact the temple office.

Q: Do I have to make all payments by credit card?

A: No. If you sign up for an event, you will always have the option to “bill to account” and pay by another method through the Temple office.

Q: How do I pay by Credit Card on File?

A: If you have a credit card on file, when you get to the payment page, select “Pay by Credit Card” and then select your credit card on file.

Q: Can I see pending and upcoming scheduled payments under my account?

A: Yes, you can.
