As we gather together for one of the holiest days of the year, Yom Kippur, Beth-El Congregation offers you the opportunity to remember departed loved one(s) by paying tribute in our Book of Remembrance.  

• All those beloved Temple members and family who have passed away since Yom Kippur 2024 will be listed in a special section in the front of the book.

• If your departed loved one(s) has a Memorial Plaque in the Sanctuary, his/her name will be listed in the section of the book reserved for permanent memorials. 

• If you would like a family member(s) or loved one listed with your family tributes, please complete the form below and return with a suggested donation of $36.00 for up to five names and $4.00 for each additional name.
